Duct cleaning has a reputation problem, and it is earned. The $99 ad, the shop-vac at the vent, the price that doubles once the truck is in the driveway. We built this service to be the opposite of that.
How we are different
We publish our pricing. You see the range before you call, and your all-in number is locked in writing before we start, so it does not climb while we work. The vents, trunk lines and furnace are in the price, not billed as surprise extras on site.
We use a proper negative-air, source-removal process, the method the EPA describes: agitate the debris loose with brushes and air, then pull it out of the system under a negative-air vacuum so it leaves the house instead of blowing around it. An inadequate vacuum at the register can leave more dust than it removes.
And we are honest about whether you need it. The EPA does not recommend cleaning every home on a blind schedule; it recommends cleaning when there is real buildup, mould, pest activity, a recent renovation, or a 3 to 5 year interval per NADCA. If your ducts are fine, we will tell you.
Barrie and Simcoe County
We serve Barrie, Innisfil, Orillia, Bradford, Angus, Alliston and the surrounding towns. Barrie sits on the southern edge of Ontario's snowbelt, so the furnace and ducts run hard through long winters, and the south-end growth areas are full of newer homes still carrying post-construction drywall dust in their ducts. Both are real reasons the buildup here is worth clearing.
Licensing, insurance and any industry certifications are confirmed with the operator.
